Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Web Designer who can both design and build websites using WordPress and Elementor. This role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business goals into effective website designs. You will work closely with our team to create professional websites that are visually strong, easy to use, and built efficiently. We are looking for designers who take pride in producing polished, modern websites that stand out from typical template-based designs.

Primary Responsibilities
• Design modern, high-quality websites for a variety of industries
• Build websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Translate client goals and branding into effective website designs
• Create layouts that balance aesthetics, usability, and conversion performance
• Ensure designs follow best practices for UX and mobile responsiveness
• Maintain consistent design standards across projects
• Implement revisions based on client and team feedback
• Ensure final websites meet Root Pages’ quality standards

Additional Responsibilities
• Participate in project planning and design discussions
• Maintain organized design files and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve design quality and workflow efficiency
• Stay current with modern web design trends and best practices

Requirements
• 5+ years professional experience designing websites for clients or agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern website design work
• Strong experience building websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, color, spacing)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience designing responsive websites for desktop and mobile
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Experience
• 4+ years of experience in web design
• Experience working in a digital agency
• Experience designing conversion-focused websites
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website structure
• Wix experience is a plus
