About Us
We’re a digital marketing agency building high-converting websites for local and national businesses. We’re looking for a **Website Designer** who loves the *creative side* of web projects — layout, visuals, user flow, and branding — and prefers handing finished designs off to a developer for implementation.
If you enjoy designing beautiful, functional websites but **don’t want to code**, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Design website layouts for:
* Small business websites
* Service-based businesses
* Landing pages
* Create:
* Page layouts and wireframes
* Visual design (colors, fonts, spacing, imagery)
* User-friendly site structure and flow
* Collaborate with our project manager and developers
* Prepare clean design handoffs with:
* Notes
* Assets
* Page structure
* Make revisions based on feedback from clients and internal team

* ? No server, hosting, or plugin configuration
* ? No troubleshooting site errors
Your focus is **design, UX, and visual clarity** — not development.

Required Skills & Experience
* Strong website design experience (portfolio required)
* Comfortable using tools such as:
* Figma
* Adobe XD
* Webflow Designer (design-only)
* Canva (for supporting assets)
* Solid understanding of:
* UX/UI fundamentals
* Mobile-first design
* Conversion-focused layouts
* Ability to take direction and follow brand guidelines

* Experience designing sites for local businesses
* Understanding of basic SEO-friendly layout structure
* Experience working with marketing agencies
