PT Presence is a fast-growing UK digital agency that builds premium, AI-powered websites for personal trainers. We create stunning demo websites that showcase what a PT's online presence could look like — then offer it as a paid service.
We're scaling rapidly and building a small team of detail-oriented people to help us produce demos at volume. This is real, consistent work with a clear process.

== WHAT YOU'LL DO (STEP BY STEP) ==
Every demo follows the exact same process. You'll be trained on each step with video walkthroughs. No guesswork.

Open our tracking spreadsheet and claim your next batch of personal trainers
Research the PT: visit their gym profile page, find their Instagram, save their photos and bio info
Open our AI tool and paste our pre-written master prompt along with the PT's details and photos — the AI builds the entire website. You don't write or design anything.
Download the completed HTML file, rename it, and upload to Google Drive
Prepare a companion PDF using a template (fill in yellow fields, export as PDF)
Update 6–8 columns in the tracking spreadsheet (dates, links, status)
Flag the completed demo for manager review and move to your next lead

That's it. Once trained, each demo takes approximately 20 minutes. The AI does the heavy lifting. You manage the inputs, quality-check the output, and keep the spreadsheet updated. If it takes longer it won't be because of more work — just waiting for the AI to finish generating.

== HOW MUCH YOU'LL EARN ==
Every approved demo = $0.25 USD
Every client conversion from YOUR demo = $20 USD bonus (no cap)

Here's what that looks like:
* 25 demos/week (minimum target) = $6.25/week = $25/month base + $20–100 in bonuses = $45–125/month
* 35 demos/week (strong performer) = $8.75/week = $35/month base + $20–100 in bonuses = $55–135/month
* 50 demos/week (top performer) = $12.50/week = $50/month base + $20–100+ in bonuses = $70–150+/month
No daily minimum. Hit 25/week however you like — batch them all on Monday and Tuesday if you want. Work evenings, weekends, early mornings. Your schedule, your choice.
The faster and more accurate you get, the more you earn. No cap on output.

Payment: Bi-weekly via Wise (1st and 15th). Fast, reliable, low fees.

== REQUIREMENTS ==
MUST HAVE:
* Good written English — you'll read trainer bios and check AI output for errors. Must be clean and accurate.
* Reliable internet and computer — you'll use browser-based AI tools and Google Workspace.
* Detail-oriented — correct spelling of names, accurate data entry, proper file naming. This is the #1 skill for this role.
* Google Sheets + Google Drive competency — basic skills, nothing advanced.
* Self-motivated — manage your own time and hit weekly targets without daily supervision.
* Willing to sign an NDA — our process is proprietary. Standard confidentiality agreement.

NICE TO HAVE (not required):
* Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
* Basic HTML knowledge (helpful for quality-checking, not needed to do the job)
* Previous VA, data entry, or lead generation experience

== PAID SCREENING TASK — YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS TO BE CONSIDERED ==
* Applications without this completed task will be automatically rejected. No exceptions.
This should take 15–20 minutes. I will pay $1 USD to everyone who completes it properly — even if I don't hire you. This step is really important for us to assess fit, and we respect your time by paying for it.

PART 1 — Find a personal trainer (5 mins)

Copy and paste: their full name, their qualifications, and their bio text (2–3 sentences from the profile).

PART 2 — Find their Instagram (3 mins)
Search Instagram for the PT you chose. Find their profile.
Paste their Instagram URL.
If you can't find them after 5 minutes, write: "Not found — searched [list the terms you used]"

PART 3 — Attention to detail check (2 mins)
Answer these three questions:

What is 25 demos × $0.25?
What is the bonus amount per client conversion?
What is the minimum number of demos per week?

PART 4 — Written communication (5 mins)
Write 3–4 sentences introducing the PT you chose as if you were writing the opening paragraph of their website. Make it sound professional and engaging — like you're selling their personal training services to a potential gy ---------- mber. Use information from their actual bio.

PART 5 — About you (3 mins)
In 3–4 sentences, tell me:
* Your experience with detail-oriented, repetitive tasks
* Your internet speed (screenshot appreciated but not required)
* How many hours per week you're available
* When you could start
