JOB OVERVIEW

Website & Customer Experience Specialist (Remote)
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed individual to become the behind-the-scenes powerhouse keeping our customer-facing website flawless, up-to-date, and professional, and lightning-fast to navigate.
This is far more than basic data entry — you’ll be the guardian of our brand’s online presence and the calm, clear voice our customers trust.
What You’ll Do Every Day:
• Log into our admin dashboard and accurately update schedules, event details, locations, dates, times, pricing, photos, and announcements — always with precision.
• Proofread and polish the public-facing site so it always looks clean, professional, and welcoming (broken links, typos, or outdated info are simply not an option).
• Handle time-sensitive customer communications via email, chat, and occasionally text — answering questions, confirming registrations, solving issues, and occasionally turning frustrated parents into happy ones.
• Jump into our CRM to tag leads, track inquiries, and keep customer records spotless.
• Onboard new team members by walking them through website processes and best practices (you’ll be part of our leadership circle and help shape how things run).
• Flex into extra hours during our predictable peak seasons (think registration rushes) — great for anyone who loves a lucrative busy period.
Must-Haves:
• Proven experience keeping websites or online platforms current and error-free.
• Mastery of CRMs (HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Eagle-eye attention to detail — dates, times, locations, and spelling must always be 100?curate.
• Excellent written English and the ability to sound warm yet professional in every customer message.
• Comfortable managing time-sensitive requests without missing a beat.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
Huge Bonus If You Have:
• Experience with NBC SportsEngine, LeagueApps, TeamSnap, Sports Connect, or similar youth-sports platforms.
