JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Website Content & Page Builder Specialist to help build and populate pages using a block-based builder. This role is focused on execution—taking structured content and turning it into clean, well-formatted, SEO-friendly web pages.

This is not a project management or client-facing role. You’ll be working closely with me, and I will provide direction, structure, and priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building pages using a block-based website builder (WordPress/Gutenberg (primary), Elementor, Divi, etc.)
Populating pages with provided content (text, images, sections)
Ensuring pages are clean, visually consistent, and properly structured
Applying basic on-page SEO best practices, including:
Correct URL structure
Proper use of H1, H2, H3 tags
Meta titles and descriptions (when needed)
Internal linking where appropriate
Double-checking your work to ensure pages are complete before marking them done

What I’m Looking For

Experience working with block-based website builders
Basic understanding of layout/design (spacing, hierarchy, readability)
Solid attention to detail (this is critical)
Familiarity with basic SEO principles (no advanced SEO required but this would be a plus)
Ability to follow instructions and execute consistently
Reliable communication and ability to stay aligned on tasks

What This Role Is NOT

Not a project management role
Not a strategy role
Not a client communication role

You will not be responsible for managing projects or speaking with clients.

Nice to Have

Lots of Experience with WordPress
Light image editing or formatting skills
Previous experience working with agencies or production workflows

Working Style

Tasks will be clearly assigned with instructions
Communication will be primarily async, with some expected overlap for alignment
You’ll be expected to complete tasks and ensure they are fully finished before submission

A brief description of your SEO experience (basic is fine)
Your availability and time zone, I will need to sync up with you to clear up confusion, provide feedback, etc

This is less of a 9-5 type role and more of a just get tasks in your queue done. I will not be monitoring when you are at your computer or anything like that but I do expect to be able to get in touch with you (primarily via slack / email)
