JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an assistant who does website page building which includes copying content from old websites to new websites and formatting the content based on specific style guides.

Position Details
In this role, you will be completing the following tasks:
+ Copying and pasting content from old to new WordPress websites and formatting it (commonly called “page building”)
++ Receive and review lists of content to migrate
++ Log into old and new websites and create respective pages, from the list of content to migrate, in the new website
++ Copy text and images from old website and paste or upload into new website using Gutenberg editor (or similar)
++ Set specific styles for text and use content blocks as instructed in style guide

Instructions, guides, and login access for websites needed for the position will be provided by VOLTAGE and include Google Docs, Google Sheets, and WordPress logins, and use of WordPress Gutenberg editor and custom and Kadence themes. Gutenberg experience is preferred, but is something we can train on.
