JOB OVERVIEW

Kliento is a US company in Buffalo, New York. We build and run websites for real businesses, and we build the AI systems that sit behind them.

I am looking for one person to own client websites end to end, day to day. Not just build them. Run them. I am hiring for the long term. I want someone who stays years, not months.

THE ONE THING THAT MATTERS MOST: YOU HAVE TO BE EXCELLENT WITH AI

This is the filter. I do not mean you have tried ChatGPT once. I mean AI is how you work, every day, all day. You build with Claude, ChatGPT and coding agents. You know how to give a model real context, how to prompt it properly, and how to catch it when it is confidently wrong. You get more done in a day than a normal person gets done in a week, because you use AI on purpose and you can prove it.

If AI is not already the center of how you work, this post is not for you.

WHAT YOU WOULD OWN

- Building client sites: desktop and mobile
- Design and UI. See the next section, this is the biggest one.
- Analytics: GA4, Search Console
- SEO: sitemaps, schema, meta tags, page speed
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Email campaigns and the content that goes in them
- Uptime, SSL, backups, security, and testing on real devices after every change
- Ongoing content updates, fast turnaround

TASTE IS THE JOB

I do not want another generic website. I want work that looks like a person made a decision. If your portfolio is five versions of the same template with different logos, we are not a fit. Show me something you designed that you are proud of and tell me why you made the choices you made.

- AI is already how you work, daily, and you can show me
- 2 or more years actually building and running websites, not just one course
- A portfolio with live links I can open
- Excellent written English. You will write things clients read.
- Your own computer, and internet good enough to hold a video call
- A quiet place to work, and no other job during our hours
- You are comfortable clocking in and out on Connecteam

PAY, PLAIN AND HONEST

- 3.50 USD per hour for the first 2 weeks. A paid trial, for both of us.
- 5.00 USD per hour for weeks 3 and 4, if we both want to keep going.
- 6.00 USD per hour after the first month.
- Reviewed every 3 months after that.
- Paid twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, calculated from your time clock.

HOURS

Up to 35 per week, with real overlap into Buffalo, New York time (US Eastern). Long term for the right person.
