JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Website Builder VA to help us produce high-quality websites at scale using Bolt.new.

This is a production role, not a creative role.

You will be responsible for taking structured instructions and building websites quickly and accurately using our templates and systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building websites using Bolt.new
- Following exact templates and layouts (no guessing or creativity required)
- Adding text, images, and sections based on provided instructions
- Getting each site to ~80–90% completion
- Preparing sites for final review by our senior builder

This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You want to “design” or be creative
- You struggle to follow structured instructions
- You are slow with tools or technology
- You need constant guidance

This Role IS For You If:
- You are fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
- You can follow instructions exactly
- You are comfortable learning and using new tools
- You can work independently and hit daily output targets

Daily Expectations:
- Build multiple websites per day (speed matters)
- Maintain consistency across all builds
- Follow SOPs exactly

Compensation:
- Hourly (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses available based on output and accuracy.

Set up the site
Add sections

Structure the layout
Requirements:
Recording must be uninterrupted
Must clearly show your workflow and speed
Minimum 5 minutes, maximum 15 minutes
Upload your video and include the link in your application.

Applications without a screen recording will be ignored.
