JOB OVERVIEW

I am a real estate broker in Arizona building a short sale division focused on helping homeowners facing foreclosure.

I am not looking for a basic website designer. I need someone who understands how to build a complete system, including user flow, client portals, automation, and AI tools.

This website must function as a guided experience for distressed homeowners. It should feel simple, supportive, and easy to use while collecting the information and documents my team needs to start a short sale.

There will be no IDX integration.

The website must include:

A clean, modern, high converting homepage designed to build trust and encourage people to reach out
Clear step by step explanation of the short sale process in simple language
Video integration throughout the site
A smart intake form with conditional logic that collects detailed client information without overwhelming the user
A secure client portal where users can log in, upload documents, save progress, and return later
A document checklist inside the portal showing what is completed and what is still needed
Automatic email notifications when new leads or documents are submitted
Live chat functionality and mobile click to call

This project requires a strong understanding of user flow. The process should guide someone from first visit all the way through document submission with as little confusion as possible.

You must have:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience building websites that include client portals, automation, and structured user flow
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field preferred but not required if you have strong proven experience
Experience building client portals or membership based websites
Experience designing user flows that guide users step by step through a process
Experience with automation tools such as ---------- , Zapier, or direct API integrations
Experience with secure file upload systems and document organization
Strong understanding of modern website design focused on trust and conversion

Strong preference for candidates with experience using or integrating:

AI chat tools or AI assistants
Automation workflows that reduce manual work
Systems that improve response time and lead conversion

This will start as a project but can turn into long term work for ongoing improvements and additional systems.

I am looking for someone reliable, detail oriented, and focused on building systems that actually work, not just websites that look good.
