JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I run a small US-based web design and hosting company that builds simple, clean websites for local small businesses (restaurants, salons, contractors, etc.). I'm looking for one reliable person to join the team long-term and handle the full build + deploy process.

**What you'll do**
- Build small business websites using AI tools (Claude, Base44, Lovable, or similar — I'll show you the workflow)
- Deploy them to hosting (Vercel / Netlify / similar)
- Connect client domains (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap DNS setup)
- Make small edits when clients request them

**About the work**
- Most sites take 45–90 minutes once you know the system
- You'll get client info from their existing website or Google Business Listing
- Some sites are "spec" (built before the client signs) and some are for confirmed paying clients
- Moderate volume — I do active sales outreach weekly

**Pay structure**
- **$10 per spec site built** (paid weekly)
- **$100 bonus per site that converts to a paying client**
- Potential monthly retainer down the line for ongoing support once we hit volume

Real math: if you build 20 spec sites a week and 2 convert, that's $200 + $200 = $400/week. The better the sites look, the higher the conversion, the more you earn.

**Who I'm looking for**
- Good written English
- Comfortable with AI tools
- Reliable and communicative on WhatsApp
- Detail-oriented — typos and broken links kill conversions
- Available 4–6 hours/day, flexible on timing but some overlap with US evenings (PH morning/midday) preferred
- Long-term mindset — I don't want to re-hire in 3 months
