JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Webmaster / Website & Systems Specialist to take ownership of our website and key integrations.

This role is flexible, can be done alongside another job, and suits someone who can step in when needed and deliver reliably.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our website and connected systems.

This is not just a design role. You must be able to manage the full picture, from front-end to integrations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
-Build, update, and maintain our website
-Manage ongoing website performance and fix issues quickly
-Handle integrations with key platforms
-Support course and program builds (including online learning setup)
-Improve workflows through automation where possible
-Be available for urgent fixes when issues arise

Non-Negotiables
You must be able to:
-Build and maintain a website independently
-Work confidently with Keap
-Work with or quickly adapt to LearnDash
-Understand integrations between platforms
-Troubleshoot and fix bugs without delay

Nice to Have
-Experience with automation tools
-Ability to streamline systems and reduce manual work
-Experience improving user experience and flow

What We Don’t Want
-Someone who calls themselves a webmaster but only does basic IT tasks
-Someone who needs step-by-step direction for every task

You need to take ownership and solve problems.

Work Structure
-Flexible hours, no fixed schedule
-Work can be done around another role
-Workload varies, based on business needs
-Must be available for occasional urgent issues
