JOB OVERVIEW

Webflow Designer (editorial, refined, minimal)

Are you a Webflow designer who leans editorial, refined and minimal rather than techy and heavy? We're a small Australian brand and website strategy business, and we're looking for a designer to support our ongoing client work.

Our work is strategy-led, clean and conversion-focused, with a strong emphasis on white space, hierarchy and restraint. This is not a role for "just build it" developers. We care about how a site feels, not only how it functions.

The kind of work we do

We design websites for service-based businesses. Think clean layouts, strong hierarchy, generous white space, refined typography, subtle interactions and elevated, considered design.

Not dark or heavy tech-style builds, over-designed layouts, or cluttered sections with excessive effects. If your portfolio leans corporate, SaaS or developer-heavy, this probably isn't the right fit.

Why you'll enjoy working with us

Clear direction. Strategy, copy and wireframes are provided. Defined scope, so no guesswork and no vague briefs. Flexible hours, working to deadlines rather than fixed shifts. Respectful collaboration with no last-minute chaos. And consistent, long-term work for the right person. We prioritise quality over speed.

What you'll be doing

Building websites in Webflow from provided strategy and wireframes. Translating brand direction into clean, high-end layouts. Structuring CMS collections logically. Applying SEO basics during the build. Refining and improving existing Webflow sites. And making sure every build is easy for clients to manage. Designing in Figma before build is a bonus, not a requirement.

What we need

Webflow: strong hands-on experience, confident with CMS, components and interactions, and clean builds only, no messy overrides or shortcuts.

Client-First: a solid understanding of the Client-First structure, with clear class naming and scalable systems.

SEO basics: proper heading structure, meta titles and descriptions, alt text and CMS SEO fields, and internal linking.

The non-negotiable

Your work needs to show strong use of white space, clean and minimal layouts, high-end service-based design and thoughtful typography. We won't consider portfolios that feel heavy, corporate or tech-driven, are cluttered or visually noisy, or prioritise effects over clarity.

Your working style

You work well independently with clear direction, you flag early if something's off, you meet deadlines, you're open to feedback, and you take real pride in clean, considered work.

Hours and rate

Part-time and ongoing, with flexible hours worked to deadlines rather than set shifts. Rate is based on experience.

How to apply

Applications are through the form below, please keep everything on this platform. You'll be asked for 2 to 4 live Webflow sites you personally built, at least one clean service-based site, an example using Client-First, a short note on how you approach SEO in Webflow, and your rate and weekly availability.

We'll only review applications from designers based in the Philippines who include the requested live examples.
