Web PROJECT MANAGER (Team Lead) — AI-Powered Execution — Remote (AEST-Friendly)
We’re hiring an WEB Delivery Project Manager to run a high-output delivery engine across SEO specialists, content writers, and technical resources. You’ll manage workflow, quality, performance, and team accountability — while using AI properly to multiply output without sacrificing standards.
This is a delivery role. You’ll be judged on throughput, quality, and results.
What you’ll be doing
Manage a delivery team across SEO specialists, content writers, and technical resources
Run hundreds of concurrent SEO tasks across multiple clients and priorities
Translate strategy into execution: task briefs, prioritisation, sequencing, resourcing
Ensure deliverables meet quality across: technical SEO, on-page, content, links, reporting
Monitor performance and fix bottlenecks (people, process, tools, approvals)
Lead weekly team huddles, scorecards, and performance tracking
Create client-ready reporting that’s clear, clean, and decision-driven
Escalate risks early and solve problems before they become fires
AI requirements (non-negotiable)
You must be able to use AI as a delivery multiplier, not a gimmick:
Build AI-assisted workflows for:
content briefs + outlines
entity/intent research
internal linking suggestions
meta generation
QA checks and consistency reviews
Maintain strong human QA so output stays high-quality and safe
Use AI to reduce production time while improving consistency across teams
What we need from you
5+ years experience in SEO delivery / SEO project management (agency preferred)
Proven experience managing multiple staff and high-volume project delivery
Strong understanding of SEO across:
Technical SEO + crawling/indexation fundamentals
On-page & information architecture
Content strategy aligned to search intent
Reporting and performance analysis
Strong operational discipline: task management, prioritisation, forecasting, delegation
Excellent written English and client-facing communication (clean, direct, professional)
Comfortable leading people: accountability, coaching, performance management
