JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established UK-based Online Marketing Agency working with multiple clients across different industries. We are looking for a reliable, creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team in the Philippines on a long-term basis.

This role involves creating high-quality graphics for social media, websites, and eCommerce platforms. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools to support the design process, improve efficiency, generate creative ideas, and enhance visual output where appropriate.

Job Responsibilities

• Create original graphics for social media, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Design website graphics, including banners and product infographics
• Create images for Amazon and eBay product listings
• Design promotional and advertising creatives
• Follow brand guidelines while adapting designs for different businesses
• Use AI tools where appropriate to support idea generation, image enhancement, workflow efficiency, and creative development
• Work from clear briefs and meet deadlines consistently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either agency or freelance
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience designing for social media and eCommerce
• Knowledge of AI design tools and the ability to use AI effectively as part of the creative workflow
• Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging designs
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good written and spoken English
• Reliable internet connection

Working Hours, Pay & Role Structure

• Fully remote position
• Must be based in the Philippines
• Role will begin as part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
• Strong potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and workload
• Must be willing to work UK hours or have sufficient overlap for communication
• Competitive local salary, based on experience and skill level
