**About the Role**
Join our Perth-based (hybrid-remote) agency, working closely with the Creative Director, developers and marketers to ship web pages, ads and brand assets that boost engagement and revenue. Expect a fast, feedback-rich environment where your ideas go live quickly.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
> Design and iterate responsive website layouts and landing pages
> Create digital-marketing assets
> Ensure brand consistency across web, social, print and pitch decks
> Translate UI/UX prototypes into ready-to-dev specs and QA staging builds
> Maintain component libraries, DA
> Run light user-testing, analyse Hotjar/GA data and recommend UX tweaks
> Estimate design effort so projects stay on time and on budget
> Collaborate in campaign kick-offs, brainstorms and post-mortems

**Schedule & Pay**
Hours: Casual, gig-based — 5–20 hrs / week depending on live client demand
Core Overlap: Be reachable 9 am – 1 pm AWST for hand-offs & quick feedback (flexible outside that window)
Rate: USD $5 / hr, with performance reviews and rate increases as responsibilities grow
Growth Path: As workload scales, the role can expand to part-time and eventually full-time employment
Red Flags: If unpredictable workloads or tight turnarounds don’t suit you, this gig-based arrangement may not be the right fit
