JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web & Digital Sales Setup Specialist to build out the digital infrastructure for our legal template shop. This is a one-time project engagement with a defined scope and deliverables. The ideal contractor has hands-on experience with both Squarespace website design and ThriveCart checkout configuration, and understands how to create a seamless, conversion-optimized digital sales experience.

Scope of Work & Deliverables
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:

Squarespace Website Design & Build
• Design and build a polished, brand-aligned Squarespace website for the legal template shop
• Apply brand fonts, colors, and imagery consistent with The Gailliard Law Firm's brand identity
• Create product listing pages for individual legal templates
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and user-friendly navigation

ThriveCart Setup & Product Configuration
• Set up ThriveCart account structure for digital product sales
• Configure individual product listings for each legal template
• Build checkout funnels including order bumps and/or upsell sequences
• Ensure seamless integration between Squarespace and ThriveCart checkout

Email Marketing Integration
• Integrate an email marketing platform (e.g., Flodesk or Mailchimp) with ThriveCart
• Set up automated post-purchase delivery and welcome sequence triggers
• Ensure buyers receive purchased templates and confirmation communications

Template Upload & Product Listings
• Upload legal template files (provided by the Firm) to appropriate delivery system
• Configure digital product delivery upon checkout completion
• Test purchase flow end-to-end to confirm seamless customer experience

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience with Squarespace website design (portfolio required)
• Hands-on experience with ThriveCart setup, product configuration, and checkout funnels
• Experience integrating email platforms (Flodesk or Mailchimp preferred)
• Strong eye for clean, professional, brand-consistent design aesthetics
• Experience with digital product shops and/or e-commerce preferred
• Self-directed, communicative, and able to meet agreed-upon project milestones
• Experience supporting attorneys, legal brands, or professional service firms a plus
