Web Development Specialist (Front End UX/UI)
Full-Time | Remote | Philippines | Long-Term
Compensation: $1000 to $1300/month

We are looking for a Front End Web Development Specialist to bring polish and craft to every screen our audience touches. You will take designs from concept to responsive, accessible, production-ready builds, and continually raise the bar on what our web experiences feel like.

Key Responsibilities

Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences from design handoff to live deployment
Translate Figma and other design files into clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or framework of choice)
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device consistency, including performance and accessibility standards
Collaborate closely with designers to refine interaction details and edge cases
Maintain and improve existing site components and design systems
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs quickly and independently
What You'll Bring

3–6 years of professional front-end development experience
A strong portfolio of live, shipped responsive builds
Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
Comfort working directly from design files with an eye for pixel-level detail
Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue preferred) and CSS tooling
Nice to Have

Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or a headless CMS)
Basic animation and motion experience (Framer Motion, GSAP)
