JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lavender Agency is a marketing strategy firm working with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. We're a small, senior team — brand design, media buying, SEO, marketing ops — and we're looking for the developer who completes it.

We have a Senior Brand + Graphic Designer who delivers strong, fully designed web pages. We do not need you to design. We need you to build, and build well.

THE FIRST PROJECT

A conversion-optimized landing page on Shopify for a jewelry e-commerce client. The design will be handed to you ready to build.

Rate: $12 USD/hour, capped at 30 hours. Hours are tracked in ClickUp. If you're approaching the cap, we expect you to flag it before you hit it — not after. How you handle that is part of how we evaluate you.

This is a real paid engagement and it's also how we assess fit. If the work is excellent and the collaboration is smooth, this becomes an ongoing part-time or full-time role on our team at the same rate, with a set weekly hour commitment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build client web pages and full sites from designer-provided files — faithfully, down to the spacing
- Work across Shopify, Wix, and other platforms depending on what each client is on
- Version your work properly and hand off cleanly via GitHub
- Build for conversion: page speed, mobile-first, clean semantic structure
- Communicate early. We would rather hear about a problem at hour 10 than see it at hour 30.

REQUIRED

- Shopify— theme customization, Liquid, landing page and section builds
- Wix— confident building and editing
- GitHub— you version your work; you don't send zip files
- Ability to take a finished design file and translate it accurately to a live platform
- Clear written English and consistent, proactive communication

HOURS AND AVAILABILITY
Our team operates between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM US Eastern Time (8:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time). Your schedule within that window is flexible — we care about output, not clock-watching — but your working hours must fall inside it. We coordinate closely across design, development, and media, and that only works when we overlap. Please only apply if you can reliably work this schedule.

- Genuine cross-platform range. Moving between Shopify, Wix, and WordPress in the same week without friction is what turns this into a full-time seat. A developer who only knows one platform can do this project. They can't do this job.
