About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and managing websites using modern platforms and tools, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

This role requires someone who can independently develop, maintain, and optimize websites using platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and AI website builders, while ensuring websites are secure, responsive, and professionally designed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites using Webflow, WordPress, and AI-based website builders

Design, build, and optimize websites for performance and user experience

Manage website hosting and deployments, particularly using Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Implement and maintain website security best practices

Troubleshoot website issues and perform updates, backups, and maintenance

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and visually appealing websites

Ensure websites are responsive and optimized across devices

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development

Proven experience with Webflow and WordPress

Familiarity with AI website builders

Experience with Amazon Web Hosting (AWS)

Strong understanding of website security and best practices

Ability to manage website hosting, updates, and troubleshooting

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

Experience optimizing website speed and performance

Familiarity with SEO-friendly website structures
