JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled web developer who takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. You'll bring designs to life by building polished, conversion-focused websites. While our designers handle most design work, you should have enough design sense to make smart decisions during implementation and handle minor design tasks when needed. This is a long-term position for someone who values quality over speed and wants to grow with a stable, established company.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain websites in WordPress and Shopify
Implement designs from Figma with pixel-level accuracy
Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Occasionally design website pages, landing pages, or UI elements when needed
Ensure responsive implementation that works beautifully across devices
Collaborate with our graphic designer, other developers, and marketing team
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

What We're Looking For
Required Skills

3-5 years of professional web development experience
Strong WordPress development skills
Shopify theme customization experience
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to translate Figma designs into functional websites
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Basic design sense and Figma proficiency
Solid grasp of UX principles
English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

PHP knowledge for WordPress customization
HubSpot CMS or landing page experience
SEO implementation experience
Basic understanding of page speed optimization

Work Environment

Full-time remote position (Philippines-based)
Flexible schedule with some overlap with U.S. Pacific Time. The more overlap, the better we can coordinate.
