JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be completing web development projects accurately and within a set time frame. This includes using our web development process to take each project from mockup through launch, including quality control, the setup of lead tracking systems, migration, etc.

You will also be responsible for posting new content and content optimizations to clients' websites on a monthly basis.

You may also be responsible for assessing a set of client websites’ technical performance on a monthly basis via our Strategy and Performance Review process and fulfilling support tickets related to the sites. Support tickets might include troubleshooting load times, changing out content, updating menus, integrating CRMs, building landing pages, etc.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys solving complex challenges.

This is an hourly role with more basic tasks to start with, but there is potential to grow into a set schedule (full or part time) and become a key part of our agency’s web team. You must be available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone business day.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in web development (WordPress, Divi builder, Elementor Builder, DNS/hosting, plugins, integrations, analytics tools)
Experience with lead management tools (ex: WhatConverts, Zapier, CRMs) - optional
Experience setting up Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with AI site builds
Available during the hours 9am-5pm US EST
Solid written/spoken communication in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
