Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer/Developer who can build attractive, user-friendly websites and manage hosting plans that align with the needs of our conservative American clientele. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality digital solutions that embody our brand’s patriotic values.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites (primarily using WordPress or similar platforms)
• Customize themes and templates to fit client branding and preferences
• Set up and manage hosting plans and domain configurations
• Collaborate with clients and internal team to understand project goals and provide updates
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and usability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
• Maintain and update existing client websites

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in web design and development
• Strong proficiency with WordPress, hosting management, and domain setup
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Portfolio of completed websites or design work
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with the U.S. small business market and conservative audience
• Experience with website SEO basics and performance optimization
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva
• Availability during some U.S. business hours (optional but helpful)
