## Job Title: Web Dev & UX / Meta & Google Media Buyer / Tracking Specialist
### About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between web development, user experience, and digital advertising. This role is perfect for someone who understands the technical side of domains, hosting, and tracking, while also having an eye for design and performance-driven media buying.
### Responsibilities
* **Web Development & UX**
* Manage domain and subdomain adjustments, DNS records, and hosting setups
* Ensure websites and landing pages are properly connected, functional, and optimised
* Build and optimise high-converting landing pages with strong design and UX principles
* Use Canva (and other tools) to create visually appealing assets that align with brand guidelines for meta ads
* **Digital Advertising**
* Plan, launch, and manage effective Meta
* Support and manage Google Ads campaigns where needed
* Optimise campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
* **Tracking & Analytics**
* Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager setups
* Configure accurate tracking for Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and other platforms
* Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues to ensure reliable reporting
### Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of domains, subdomains, hosting, and WordPress (or similar CMS)
* Proven ability to design and optimise landing pages that convert
* Canva design skills with an eye for clean, professional layouts
* Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (Google Ads a plus)
* Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and tracking integrations
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and independently
### Nice to Have
* Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
* Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
* Copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages
