We are looking for an experienced and creative Web Designer & Brand Expert to elevate our online presence and ensure our brand communicates professionalism, trust, and expertise.

Position Overview:
We currently have a website however, we are seeking a talented Web Designer & Brand Expert with experience in the accounting industry to redesign and optimize our website while strengthening our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user experience, and an ability to translate our firm's values into a seamless online experience. In addition, you will work closely with our executive team to ensure that the brand’s visual identity is consistent across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Brand Strategy:

- Redesign and modernize the website to create a professional, user-friendly experience.
- Ensure the branding is consistent across all touchpoints (website, social media, and print materials).
- Create custom graphics, layouts, and design elements that reflect the firm's values and mission.
- Improve the website's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for better functionality.
- Enhance the website's performance, security, and SEO.
- Provide suggestions for branding improvements that resonate with target clients.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Brand Strategist, with a background in the accounting sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, brand development, and digital projects.
- Experience with SEO and website analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders.
- Experience working with accounting firms or financial services businesses is highly preferred.
