JOB OVERVIEW

Wenixo Web Works is hiring a Web Designer & Template Specialist to create professional, mobile-responsive websites for individuals, entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized businesses. The role will involve designing both customized client websites and reusable templates for industries such as real estate, healthcare, home services, restaurants, professional services, beauty, e-commerce, and personal brands. The designer will be responsible for building clear layouts, organizing content, adding forms and calls to action, testing website functionality, making revisions, and preparing each project for a smooth client handoff.

A major part of the role will be helping Wenixo Web Works build a scalable template library. Each template should be easy to duplicate, customize, and manage, with organized sections, consistent design standards, responsive layouts, and common pages such as Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQs, Testimonials, and Booking. Our primary platform is currently Wix and Wix Studio, but the designer may recommend another platform as long as the website and domain can be transferred easily, the client receives full ownership, and the new owner can update basic content without advanced technical knowledge or permanent dependence on the designer.

This is a remote and flexible position where the designer may generally set their own working hours. Project assignments will normally be provided with at least 48 hours of notice, and each assignment will include the expected scope, materials, and deadline. The ideal candidate should have website design experience, a strong understanding of branding and responsive design, clear communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet accepted deadlines. Success in this role means producing consistent, high-quality websites while helping Wenixo Web Works create a faster, more organized, and scalable website production system.
