JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing digital team made up of graphic designers, frontend and backend developers, and UX designers. We build high-quality websites and digital experiences for therapists and mental health brands.

We’re looking for a web designer to help alleviate and expand our current bandwidth. You’ll be working directly under our Head of Design and collaborating with the rest of the team across different types of projects.

This is a hands-on role focused on real web design and execution, not just social media graphics.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Build and design websites inside Squarespace and/or Wix
-Assist with layouts, sections, and full page builds
-Support design work in Figma for WordPress and custom-coded projects
-Collaborate with our design team to maintain consistency and quality
-Help with light social content ( ---------- s, simple graphics, basic edits if needed)

What This Role Looks Like:

This role can range from:

-Building a full Squarespace or Wix website from start to finish
-Assisting on WordPress or custom projects through Figma design work
-Supporting ongoing design needs across active client projects
-Some projects will be structured, others will require you to think and design independently. The expectation is that you can step in, execute cleanly, and contribute without needing constant direction.

Requirements:
-Experience with Squarespace and/or Wix (required)
-Experience with Figma
-Strong understanding of layout, spacing, and clean design
-Ability to follow direction and also design independently
-Good communication and reliability

Nice to Have:
-Experience with WordPress
-Basic video editing (Reels/TikTok)
-Experience working with agencies or multiple clients

Hours & Pay:

15–20 hours per week
$7/hour
