Position: Part-time, Remote (Philippines-based)
Rate: USD $10 - $15/hour (based on experience)

About Us:
Action Digital is a growing Australian digital marketing agency specializing in local SEO and marketing automation for service-based businesses. We work with clients across Australia including house painters, plumbers, electricians, chiropractors, and other home service providers to build their online presence and generate leads.
What You'll Do:
• Design and build web pages in HighLevel and WordPress platforms
• Create monthly web page additions for existing client websites
• Build websites for home service businesses (painters, plumbers, electricians, healthcare providers)
• Implement SEO best practices including:
• Converting PNG files to WebP format
• Adding proper alt text to all images
• Maintaining correct aspect ratios
• Following on-page SEO guidelines
• Collaborate with our team on website updates and changes
• Follow detailed instructions and checklists for consistent quality
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
• Strong web design skills with eye for professional layouts
• Proficient in HighLevel platform (training provided if needed)
• Solid WordPress experience
• CSS and HTML coding abilities
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience with image optimization (WebP, alt text, sizing)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
Personal Qualities:
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Strong English communication skills
• Available for regular communication between 9am-3pm AEST (or 11am-4pm AEST)
• Proactive in asking questions when unclear
• Takes pride in delivering quality work first time
