Northern Built Systems makes websites for small businesses using AI. Most of our clients are home service businesses (roofing, landscaping, HVAC, etc.). We are looking for someone with a background in web design who is familiar with AI. You don't need any coding experience. The AI does the building, and your job is to guide it and make sure the finished site is good.

What you'll do on each website:
-Gather the client information and place it into a brief in Google Docs
-Give the brief to the AI and check that it understood the business correctly
-Run the build, then read through the site to make sure the text sounds natural and makes sense
-Review the photos so each one fits where it's placed, with the strongest shots featured on the homepage
-Make revisions and fixes to the website by prompting the AI
-Send it to me for review, then make changes based on client feedback

Requirements:
-A good eye for when a design looks off
-Strong English and the ability to spot text that sounds robotic
-Reliable internet and a computer that runs a web browser and Google Docs smoothly
-Replies to messages within the same day
-Able to meet deadlines and complete websites and revisions on-time
-Able to use tools like ChatGPT or Claude
-Available for an occasional call, with notice.

This role is not for you if you:
-Want to write code or build sites from scratch by hand
-Can't commit to 40 hours a week
