JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Web Designer & Graphic Designer who can handle both high-quality web design and clean, modern graphics.

This role is ideal for someone who is very comfortable in Figma, understands brand consistency, and can design everything from landing pages and websites to social graphics, ads, and visual assets.

This is primarily full-time, long-term work. We are not looking for freelancers juggling multiple clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Web Design
• Design landing pages, funnels, and full websites in Figma
• Create responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Translate copy and rough ideas into clean, conversion-focused designs
• Maintain consistent typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Create reusable components and design systems

Graphic Design
• Design social media graphics, ads, and marketing visuals
• Create brand-consistent graphics for websites and campaigns
• Design simple icons, banners, and promotional assets
• Support ongoing creative needs across multiple brands

Collaboration
• Work closely with founders, marketers, and developers
• Iterate quickly based on feedback
• Prepare clean Figma files for handoff

Required Skills & Experience

You must have:

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• A solid portfolio of web and graphic design work
• Ability to design modern, professional, non-template layouts
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography
• Experience designing websites or landing pages
• Experience creating marketing graphics
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work full-time and communicate consistently

Nice-to-Have (Not Required, But a Plus)

• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or Framer
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience designing for finance, SaaS, or service businesses
• Familiarity with branding and design systems
• Understanding of conversion-focused design
