JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a male candidate only to join our team as a Collections Representative.

Responsibilities

Make outbound collections calls to follow up on account receivables

Respond to customer support emails professionally and efficiently

Understand customer situations and negotiate fair payment solutions

Represent the company with professionalism and clear communication

Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Experience with Monday.com or Zendesk is a plus

Confident handling collections and negotiations

Committed to a full-time, long-term role

No agencies. Individuals only.

Schedule & Setup

Full-time, remote

6 days per week

45–55 hours per week
