JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a dependable Front Desk Admin to support daily operations and manage social media content. This role is for someone with strong critical thinking skills, excellent English, and the ability to stay organized without constant supervision.

What you’ll do
Communicate with English-speaking clients daily (messages + email)
Create, schedule, and manage social media content (captions, basic graphics, consistency, engagement)
Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines so nothing gets dropped
Document processes and help improve workflows over time

Requirements
Strong written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Proven social media creation + management experience for a business
Organized, reliable, and proactive communicator
