We are a U.S.-based e-commerce distribution company selling across multiple online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced Product Sourcer focused on finding profitable opportunities for our Walmart Marketplace operation.
We have a dedicated Amazon team, and you will collaborate with them while independently identifying products, brands, and suppliers with strong Walmart potential.
What You’ll Do
Actively identify profitable products for Walmart Marketplace
Source products, brands, distributors, and suppliers
Cross-reference opportunities between Walmart and Amazon
Analyze pricing, competition, seller count, ratings, reviews, and potential sales velocity
Use ASINZen for profitability analysis
Calculate profit, ROI, and margins
Use Amazon data and Keepa charts to help validate opportunities
Analyze supplier catalogs and reverse-source sellers and brands
Maintain a pipeline of promising opportunities
Monitor products for future purchasing and restock opportunities
Collaborate with our Amazon sourcing team and share opportunities across marketplaces
Tools & Systems
We use ASINZen for profitability analytics, and experience reading and understanding Keepa charts is preferred.
You should be able to look at multiple data points, not just profitability to determine whether a product is actually worth purchasing.
We also have in-house tools and monitors that help track opportunities and identify potential restocks. This allows our sourcing team to continuously monitor promising products instead of relying entirely on manual research.
What We’re Looking For
Amazon sourcing experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Wholesale, Online Arbitrage, or similar product research is valuable.
You should understand:
ROI, profit, and margins
Product demand and sales velocity
Marketplace competition
Keepa data and pricing history
Brand and supplier research
Catalog analysis
Excel / Google Sheets
Previous Walmart Marketplace experience is a major plus, but not required if you have strong Amazon sourcing experience.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can think like a buyer, not just find products. Quality of leads is more important than quantity.
Strong communication and initiative are also important. We want someone who asks questions, shares what they are seeing, and brings ideas to the team as we continue building our Walmart operation.
How to Apply
Please include:
Your previous Amazon/e-commerce sourcing experience
The sourcing tools you have used
Your experience with ASINZen and Keepa or seller amp.
Any Walmart Marketplace experience
A brief explanation of how you determine whether a product is worth purchasing

Paid Trial & Growth
We will select a small group of top candidates to complete a paid trial period. This will allow us to evaluate your sourcing ability, accuracy, communication, initiative, and how well you work with our team.
We are actively building and improving our Walmart operation, so we value people who bring ideas to the table. If you identify a better way to source, analyze, monitor, or organize opportunities, we want to hear it.
This is intended to become a long-term position for the right people.
There is significant room to grow within the company, with opportunities for performance bonuses, increased responsibility, and salary increases based on your results, consistency, communication, and overall contribution to the operation.
We want someone who is interested in growing with the team and helping us build better systems, not simply completing a list of daily tasks.
