JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities

* Create and optimize Walmart Marketplace product listings.
* Match existing Walmart Marketplace listings using UPC, GTIN, EAN, or Item ID.
* Create new listings when no matching catalog record exists.
* Research competitor pricing and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
* Calculate selling prices based on product cost, Walmart referral fees, shipping costs, and target profit margins.
* Monitor pricing performance and identify products that are priced too high or too low.
* write walmart 101 in description
* Understand and work within Walmart's pricing policies to maximize Buy Box eligibility.
* Update pricing, inventory, and product attributes.
* Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
* Upload and manage products using Walmart Seller Center.
* Organize and prepare product data using Microsoft Excel.
* Edit and optimize product images when needed.
* Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog issues.
* Ensure all listings comply with Walmart Marketplace guidelines.
* Work with internal teams to launch new products efficiently.

Requirements

* Previous Walmart Marketplace listing experience is required.
* Strong knowledge of Walmart Seller Center.
* Experience matching products using UPC, GTIN, EAN, or other product identifiers.
* Understanding of Walmart's pricing policies, referral fees, shipping costs, and profit margin calculations.
* Ability to calculate profitable selling prices while remaining competitive.
* Experience researching competitor pricing and adjusting prices accordingly.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large product catalogs.
* Knowledge of eCommerce SEO and Walmart listing optimization.
* Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and ability to work via Remote Desktop.
* Availability during New York (EST/EDT) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with bulk listing uploads and catalog management.
* Knowledge of Walmart Buy Box factors and pricing competitiveness.
* Experience in the Beauty, Fragrance, Health & Personal Care categories.
* Familiarity with inventory planning, promotions, and repricing strategies.
