JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone with hands-on Walmart Marketplace experience to manage and grow multiple seller accounts for our own brands and a few clients.
You’ll own the day-to-day work, keep accounts running smoothly, fix issues, and identify opportunities to improve sales. We need someone who can do the work directly, not just provide recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Walmart Marketplace accounts through Seller Center.
- Create, maintain, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and variations.
- Resolve catalog errors, unpublished listings, content issues, and support cases.
- Manage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) inventory, replenishment planning, inbound shipments, and receiving issues.
- Monitor orders, fulfillment, returns, and customer service issues.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, and address problems promptly.
- Review pricing, sales, conversion, inventory, and profitability to identify improvements.
- Manage and optimize Walmart Connect advertising if you have hands-on advertising experience.
- Coordinate with our existing graphic artist on listing images and other creative assets. You do not need to design the graphics yourself.
- Provide clear performance reports and keep our team and clients updated on progress, issues, and next steps.
Requirements
- Direct experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of Seller Center, listing optimization, catalog troubleshooting, and account health.
- Hands-on experience with WFS and inventory management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts without losing track of priorities or follow-ups.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
- Ability to work independently, investigate problems, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and performance data to make decisions.
Amazon experience is helpful, but it does not replace direct Walmart Marketplace experience.
Preferred Experience
- Managing Walmart Marketplace accounts for multiple brands or clients.
- Running Walmart Connect campaigns and improving advertising performance.
- Launching new products and growing existing Walmart accounts.
- Coordinating with designers, inventory teams, and clients.
