Afternoon Pacific Time overlap means roughly 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday. That is the job. If that doesn't work for your life, stop here — we'd rather you didn't waste the 15 minutes.

The application is a real screening test. It asks for work links, specific examples and a short Loom. Generic answers and blank fields get no reply. We read every one ourselves.

What you'd actually do

I hand you a brain dump. You turn it into a live WHOP product, a working funnel, and a plan someone can follow.

- Turn ideas into roadmaps, and roadmaps into clear tasks — including tasks for me
- Coordinate the team, chase down blockers, drive projects to launch
- Build WHOP products, funnels and checkout flows that are ready for traffic
- Work with our technical lead to evolve our dashboard, automations and SOPs so every project has an owner and a next step

You won't be handed a checklist. You'll be handed a problem. You help me evolve the workflow and system i've already begun to build.

You're a fit if you can show
- Digital products, funnels, automations or dashboards you personally built or launched — with a clear account of what was yours
- Comfort with AI tools as part of daily work, not as a novelty
- Judgement about what to build first when everything looks urgent
- Written English good enough to run a project in
- Not a just an order taker! You're creative and willing to put in the work!

Don't apply if
- Your portfolio is agency work where you can't say what you did
- You need every task defined before you start
- The 3 AM – 8 AM window is something you're hoping to renegotiate

The process

4. A short call — we show you the systems you'd be working in
5. A paid test task. Real work, paid, before either side commits
