JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly skilled **Video Editor & Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team remotely.

**You must have:**
- Advanced video-editing skills, particularly for social media and paid ads.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience.
- **Excellent ad copywriting skills** – you must be able to write engaging, high-converting ads, hooks and captions.
- Strong AI skills and experience using AI tools for content creation, editing and marketing.
- Experience creating high-performing Meta Ads and social media content.
- A creative mindset and the ability to work independently without constant direction.
- A **high-quality portfolio** showcasing previous work and results.

**This is NOT an entry-level position.** I'm looking for someone experienced, proactive and creative who can take ownership of projects from start to finish.
