WE'RE HIRING! FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Position Type: Short-Term / Project-Based

Overview
We're building our own secure database portal — a centralized platform for all our clients and partners to manage data, users, and key information.
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build reliable, scalable, and secure web applications with a strong focus on data protection and digital security.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design, develop, and maintain our database portal and related systems
Build both frontend and backend features with clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Design and manage secure databases and data structures
Implement APIs and integrate third-party services
Implement strong authentication, authorization, and access control
Ensure data privacy, encryption, and compliance with best security practices
Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and security
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions on time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong knowledge of frontend & backend technologies
Experience with secure application development and database management
Knowledge of digital security best practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, encryption, data protection, OWASP principles)
Experience with user roles, permissions, and access control
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR or similar standards) is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage project timelines
Clear communication and proactive updates
