JOB OVERVIEW

Start from the ground up and grow into leadership!

We’re looking for a people-oriented, proactive leader with transportation or operations experience who is eager to learn our operations and grow into a key management role.

You don’t need to come in with management experience. We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, strong people skills, and the willingness to learn.

Pay: $5–$6 per hour

? YOUR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
You’ll begin by working directly with the CEO for at least two weeks to learn the business, understand expectations, and demonstrate your initiative, judgment, communication, and follow-through.

You’ll then receive hands-on exposure to different areas of the operation:
•Dispatch: Learn our trips, customers, systems, and daily operations.
•Driver Management: Learn driver onboarding, recruitment, compliance, communication, and engagement.•
•Operations: Understand how teams and processes work together and gradually take on greater responsibility.
Your development will depend on your progress and demonstrated readiness.
