**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a **reliable, detail-oriented Website & Server Manager** to maintain, update, and build websites for multiple growing businesses.

You will be responsible for keeping our sites running smoothly, improving performance, and helping us build new pages and websites as we grow.

This is a **long-term position** with an opportunity to expand into a leadership role.

### **???? RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Maintain and update WordPress websites (Elementor Pro experience preferred)
* Manage hosting/server environments (HostGator or similar)
* Perform regular backups, updates, and security checks
* Improve website speed, performance, and SEO structure
* Build new pages and full websites based on provided content
* Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently
* Coordinate with marketing and content teams
* Ensure all sites are live, functional, and optimized

* Strong experience with **WordPress + Elementor**
* Basic knowledge of **hosting, DNS, and server management**
* Experience with **website optimization (speed, SEO basics)**
* Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
* Good English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled tasks
