JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a resourceful and technically capable Votel Administrator to help us build, launch, manage, and improve systems across the Votel platform ( ---------- ).

This is a hands-on platform role covering websites and funnels, AI agents, CRM and pipelines, automations, follow-up, integrations, forms, calendars, and other Votel functionality as needed.

Prior GoHighLevel experience is highly relevant and helpful, but the role itself is Votel-focused.

Your main responsibility is simple: learn Votel deeply and make sure the systems we build in it actually work.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, launch, maintain, and troubleshoot Votel systems for multiple businesses and projects.

Create and manage funnels, websites, forms, CRM structures, pipelines, automations, AI agents, follow-up sequences, calendars, integrations, and related platform features.

Configure and test AI voice, messaging, lead capture, appointment booking, routing, and customer follow-up where needed.

Connect Votel with outside platforms and tools using available integrations, Zapier, Make, APIs, or other approved methods.

Test complete user and lead flows before considering work finished.

Maintain organized accounts, naming conventions, documentation, templates, and reusable systems.

Research new Votel capabilities and recommend practical ways we can use them.

Quality Standard

You do not need to know every Votel feature on day one, but your work must meet a professional baseline.

First submissions should be usable Version 1.0 work, not rough drafts with obvious problems. Systems should be organized, tested, functional, and ready for real use.

How We Work

Be settled in and ready before meetings begin. Take ownership through completion, communicate progress without waiting to be asked, raise problems early, and do not disappear when something becomes difficult.

Use AI first when researching or troubleshooting problems. If a Votel issue remains unresolved, use Votel documentation and support rather than simply reporting that you are stuck.

When asking for help, explain what you tried, what you found, and what you recommend doing next.
Test your own work before calling it complete.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on Votel experience is strongly preferred. Strong experience with GoHighLevel, CRM systems, funnels, workflows, AI agents, or marketing automation may also be relevant if you can learn Votel quickly.

Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, AI voice agents, CRM systems, websites, funnels, email/SMS automation, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools is helpful.

Strong written English, reliable internet, attention to detail, consistent communication, organization, resourceful problem-solving, and willingness to learn are important.

Scope and Growth

This role will start at approximately 25 hours per week for $500 per month.

The intention is for the role to grow toward full-time as you become proficient with our Votel systems and our workload increases.

Paid advertising, community management, and routine social content will generally be handled by other team members. Your focus is building and operating the systems inside Votel.
