What You'll Do:
- Answer live phone calls and chats (website and WhatsApp) from new inquiries and booked travelers with warmth and confidence — the kind of first impression that makes someone feel good about planning a trip with us — then connect them with the right Trip Planner or Assistant quickly and professionally.
Keeping things running:
- Monitor the lead queue through your shift, filter out spam and solicitations, and route qualified leads to Trip Planners.
- Send first response
- Convert leads to opportunities in Salesforce with accurate notes and next steps, and route repeat travelers, referrals, and travel agent inquiries per our procedures.
- Schedule traveler calls through Calendly, matching travelers to Trip Planners by destination specialty.
- Assist with other projects: photo tagging, discounts, rate data entry, and website edits.

- Your own fast internet (minimum 25 Mbps); a backup connection is highly recommended.

- Helpful experience: Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM, RingCentral, Zoom, Cliq Messenger, and live chat platforms.
Schedule:
40 hours per week on a night shift, since our travelers and Trip Planners work Mountain Time, including weekend coverage. Exact shift hours will be shared during the interview process. We prefer candidates accustomed to a night shift who can show they maintain a regular sleep schedule on one.

2. Read this passage aloud: “Our trips span the globe, giving us the ability to plan your travels to even the most remote places. Think Antarctica, Galapagos, Patagonia, the Arctic, or the Amazon are obscure destinations? They happen to be a few of Adventure Life's specialties, and our Trip Planners have actually traveled to all of these! Don't know where you want to go? Our experts have the discernment to help you figure that out, too.”
3. Speak for 90 seconds, unscripted. Answer the following: “Tell me about a place you'd love to travel and why.”
