JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Effects (VFX) Video Editor to produce high-quality visual effects that enhance storytelling and elevate video content. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent compositing skills, and experience integrating CGI, motion graphics, and advanced visual effects into live-action footage.

You will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop engaging, cinematic, and visually compelling content for digital media, advertising, film, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and assemble video footage while incorporating advanced visual effects.
Create realistic VFX using compositing, tracking, masking, rotoscoping, and chroma key techniques.
Integrate CGI elements, 2D/3D assets, and motion graphics into live-action footage.
Perform motion tracking, object removal, screen replacements, and cleanup work.
Design particle effects such as smoke, fire, sparks, dust, and atmospheric effects.
Apply color correction and color grading to achieve the desired visual style.
Optimize videos for multiple platforms while maintaining high production quality.
Collaborate with producers, directors, designers, and marketing teams throughout the production process.
Ensure projects meet creative standards, technical specifications, and delivery deadlines.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging VFX techniques, and new software tools.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Visual Effects (VFX) Editor, VFX Artist, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual effects and compositing work.
Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with one or more of the following:
Blender
Cinema 4D
DaVinci Resolve (Fusion)
Nuke
Houdini (preferred but not required)
Strong understanding of:
Compositing
Motion tracking
Rotoscoping
Green screen (chroma key)
Keyframe animation
Masking
Visual storytelling
Knowledge of video codecs, rendering workflows, and export optimization.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating VFX for commercials, films, digital advertising, or social media campaigns.
Knowledge of 3D animation and CGI workflows.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and modern post-production workflows.
Experience working remotely with distributed creative teams.
