Job Description
CTR Ventures LLC, a proud partner of the Home Instead® network, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our mission of bettering the lives of seniors.
This is not just a "task" role; it is a labor of love. We are looking for a special person who is empathetic, highly organized, and ready to support our caregivers and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordination: Reach out to potential candidates via phone. Conduct phone screenings and full interviews
Communication: Answer calls promptly and professionally; manage internal communications via Slack.
System Management: Maintain accurate records using our operational systems, including ATS and our phone system.
Proactivity: Monitor live dashboards and identify hiring gaps before they become issues.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with recruiting is preferred
High-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
A "heart for service" and the ability to work in a United States time zone 8am-5pm
