We are building an internal caregiver training program (“Direct Care Academy”) and are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help build, organize, and maintain the training platform.
You will work directly with the owner, who will provide the content direction. Your role is to turn that content into structured, professional training modules.
This is a long-term role with growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build training modules inside a platform (Thinkific, TalentLMS, etc.)
• Take outlines, notes, or recordings and turn them into structured lessons
• Format content into:
• Lessons
• Checklists
• Quizzes
• Organize modules into a clear, easy-to-follow training flow
• Update and improve training materials over time
• Help maintain consistency and quality across the academy

What This Role Is NOT
• You are not expected to create medical content
• You are not responsible for clinical decisions
???? You are responsible for organization, structure, and execution

Ideal Candidate
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written English
• Able to follow direction and also think logically
• Comfortable working with online tools and platforms
• Reliable and consistent

Huge Plus (but not required)
• Experience building online courses
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Experience organizing training content

Pay
• $4–$8/hour (based on experience)
