JOB OVERVIEW

We are building one of the fastest-growing automotive TikTok brands in Southern California. Our goal is to generate appointments and vehicle sales through TikTok by creating engaging content and providing fast, professional customer service.

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who wants a long-term opportunity to grow with our business. If you perform well, this role can become full-time with increased pay and responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

    ?    Reply to every TikTok comment in a friendly, professional, and engaging way.
    ?    Ask follow-up questions to encourage conversations and increase engagement.
    ?    Respond quickly to all TikTok direct messages.
    ?    Qualify leads and answer basic customer questions.
    ?    Guide interested customers toward scheduling an appointment.

Appointment Scheduling

    ?    Schedule customer appointments using our online calendar.
    ?    Send appointment confirmations.
    ?    Notify me immediately of new appointments, cancellations, or urgent customer requests.
    ?    Follow up with leads who haven’t responded.

Lead Generation

    ?    Make sure no potential customer is missed.
    ?    Turn social media conversations into booked appointments.
    ?    Help increase follower engagement and customer inquiries.

Daily Management

    ?    Keep TikTok inbox and notifications organized.
    ?    Maintain a professional and positive tone in every interaction.
    ?    Escalate difficult customer situations when necessary.

Reporting
At the end of each workday, provide a report including:

    ?    Number of comments replied to
    ?    Number of DMs answered
    ?    Appointments scheduled
    ?    Leads generated
    ?    Customers requiring follow-up
    ?    Any important issues or opportunities noticed

Requirements

    ?    Excellent written English
    ?    Reliable internet connection
    ?    Available during agreed working hours
    ?    Organized and dependable
    ?    Friendly personality with great customer service skills
    ?    Comfortable learning new software
    ?    Able to follow instructions while also thinking independently
    ?    Experience with TikTok is preferred but not required
