About Us:
We are a growing plumbing company in South Florida looking for a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and are looking for someone who can help us stay efficient, professional, and responsive.

Position Overview:

The Virtual Assistant will handle daily administrative and customer service tasks, support our scheduling and follow-up processes, and assist with light marketing activities. The ideal candidate speaks fluent English with a clear, neutral accent, is friendly, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service

Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar

Follow up on quotes and open customer requests

Send and manage marketing emails.

Call local associations and organizations to build new business relationships

Handle basic administrative tasks as needed

Maintain organized call records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Fluent English speaker with no noticeable accent

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Friendly, professional, and resourceful

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and manage time well

Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is a plus

Familiarity with CRM tools, scheduling apps, or VoIP systems is a bonus

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible hours (to be discussed)

Competitive hourly rate or weekly salary based on experience
