Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Virtual Sales Representative to manage our sales pipeline from first contact to deposit. You are not just "setting appointments", you are closing deals. You will represent My Car as a core member of our sales team, handling warm leads from our digital channels and DMS.
The client should experience a seamless, professional sales journey where you provide expert vehicle knowledge, secure financing details, and finalize the commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales: Manage inbound inquiries (FB Marketplace, Website, DMS) and guide the customer through the entire buying process.
Financing & Documentation: Interview clients to gather necessary financial data and accurately complete online credit applications on their behalf.
Closing & Deposits: Handle objections, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and secure deposits to pull vehicles off the market.
DMS Mastery: Maintain 100?curate records in our Dealer Management System, ensuring all customer data, vehicle interest, and deal stages are updated in real-time.
Expert Consultation: Act as a product expert, providing detailed information, history reports, and walk-around video insights for our inventory.
Appointment Firming: Coordinate the final hand-off to the on-site team for vehicle delivery once the deal is structured.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Closer: Minimum 2+ years in a high-stakes sales environment (Automotive preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate a DMS and manage complex web-based credit application portals simultaneously.
Persuasive Communication: Fluent, high-level English (both verbal and written). You must be able to build trust quickly and maintain the persona of an on-site representative.
Financial Literacy: Comfortable discussing credit, interest rates, and monthly payments with customers.
High Accountability: You are responsible for the deal from "Hello" to "Deposit."
