Sharp Growth is on a mission to build the #1 marketing system for kitchen and bath remodelers — and we’re looking for high-performance appointment setters to join our elite sales team.
As a Client Sales Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners who’ve expressed interest in remodeling. Your role is simple but powerful: follow our proven framework, qualify serious leads, and book them in for a consultation.
This is NOT a mindless dialing job. You’ll be representing high-end remodeling brands and helping real homeowners move forward on major home transformations. We’ll train you, coach you, and expect you to perform.

? What You’ll Do
Call both warm & cold leads who’ve responded to our ads

Qualify them based on budget, timeline, and intent

Follow our proven script and booking process

Hit daily KPIs: 5 appointments/day = 100/month

Overcommunicate with the team via Slack and CRM

$5/hour USD base + $5 per qualified appointment booked

Typical reps earn $1,500–$2,500/month

Weekly pay + monthly bonuses for top performers

Referral bonus: bring a friend onboard, get $200 cash
