Virtual Sales Consultant (Full-Time) – RCMC Weight Loss Program

Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time | U.S. Pacific Time
Pay: $6/hour during 90-day probation, then $8/hour + bonuses
Schedule: 4 weekdays (8AM–6PM PT) + Saturdays (8AM–2PM PT

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be one of the first voices potential patients hear. Your job?
Inspire them to take action, get them excited about the program, and help them believe it’s possible for them.
• Answer inbound leads (calls, texts,
• Book consultations, follow up, and close warm leads
• Handle objections and explain why our program works
• Send reminders, program info, and follow-up messages
• Keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) organized and updated
• Report your numbers every day to your manager
• Call, call, call – This is a sales job, and the phone is your best friend!
Who We’re Looking For
• Speaks very clear English – verbal and written
• Sales experience required (phone or virtual sales preferred)
• Amazing at following up and staying organized
• Hard worker who’s not afraid to hustle and hit goals
• Positive, coachable, and a team player
• Driven by results and obsessed with changing lives
