Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing home services company looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
Your role will be split between:
Answering inbound calls and texts from homeowners interested in window replacement services
Supporting our online presence and outreach efforts to help grow our brand and reputation
This is a fast-paced role where responsiveness, communication skills, and consistency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Virtual Receptionist (Primary Role)
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Speak with homeowners interested in window replacement services
- Qualify leads and gather basic information
- Respond to inbound text messages quickly and clearly
- Handle spam calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments or pass leads to the sales team
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone at all times
???? Online Engagement & Outreach
- Perform daily outreach and engagement on platforms like
- Build relationships with other business owners and communities
- Follow provided scripts and SOPs for messaging and engagement
- Support efforts to grow our online presence and reputation
- Track activity and report progress
Requirements:
-Excellent English speaking skills (VERY IMPORTANT)
-Clear, confident phone voice with minimal accent
-Strong written English for texting and messaging
-Reliable internet connection (backup preferred)
-Ability to multitask (handle calls + messaging simultaneously)
-Comfortable following scripts and systems
-High responsiveness and attention to detail
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred (but not required):
-Experience as a virtual receptionist or call center agent
-Experience with CRM systems or appointment setting
-Familiarity with
-Sales or lead qualification experience
Work Schedule:
-Full-time (40 hours/week)
-Must be available during U.S. business hours (specify your timezone)
-Must be ready to answer calls immediately when they come in
Compensation:
$4–$6/hour (based on experience)
